The project started with a good size ancillary building in the companies corporate colours.

They were so impressed with this that they asked us to supply them with a large bunker store for a cover for some of their recycled material.

Fishing mad

Working closely with one of our approved contractors bespoke manufactured and delivered the building within two weeks to help the team achieve the clients need for a building for an impending shipment.

It took just five weeks from date of order to complete the groundworks, manufacture, deliver and complete the finished building.

Intellect

Working with one of their approved contractors bespoke supplied the components for this project.

Integrating a cold rolled galvanised framing system within the structure of the building considerably speeded up the building time and offered a value engineered solution for the client. With insulation to the latest values we were able to use kingspan panels to achieve not only a well insulated building but a fantastic looking building to boot.

GIMA

An early evening phone call to the office prompted bespoke to involve one of it's contractors on this project. The client required a 40 mtr x 40 mtr building on land they had required.

They wanted the project to start immediately but wanted help with the planning stage as well. The contactor visited the client the next day and within two days the client came to visit the recently completed encore envelopes site. So impressed with encore the client placed the order immediately and the contractor completed the groundworks and instalation within eight weeks. Bespoke designed the building and supplied all the materials providing value engineered solutions to meet the exacting schedule.

Niramax

A real pooling of resources on this one. Bespoke were approached by one of it's approved contractors to help with the project.

Dismantling a large existing building in Hartlepool and putting it back together with all new cladding and trims in Washington, this was the challenge here ! And by the way there was only a few weeks to do it in. The existing building was dismantled and the frame was fabricated on site to incorporate the clients changes. The existing sheeting was replaced and new trims and doors supplied. The result was a stunning new facility achieved from start to finish within six weeks.

Encore envelopes

Working with one of our approved contractors bespoke steel buildings were involved at an early stage to design a new facility for the client.

A large 40mtr x 40 mtr building was required and bespoke designed a solution to provide the building in cold rolled galvanised steel with a central valley gutter. The approved contractor also took care of all the groundworks to include the slab and the road ways and car parking areas. Bespoke designed and manufactured the frame with the contractor completing the build.

Merecdes Benz

A new valet bay was installed in conjunction with one of our approved contractors.

The remit was that the building had to match two existing buildings on the site.

The wall panels were an insulated sinusoidal profile that were sourced from Europe.

The building was erected and sheeted in two weeks ahead of programme

Lindsay Jenkins

Bespoke in conduction with one of their approved contractors supplied Lindsay with a grain store and an indoor riding arena.

J g black

Haulage contractors J G Black required a new lean to facility at their premises in Scotland.

Within four weeks one of approved contractors had completed the groundworks and installed the bespoke steel building. The client was delighted with the result and is planning his next building already.
